Traditional Custodians and Indigenous Peoples
Sigato Group acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands and waters on which we live and work, and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, for they hold the wisdom, history and traditions therein. In Michigan, the Ojibwe, Odawa, and Bodewadmi nations. In Hawaii, the Kānaka Maoli. In South Carolina, the Kiawah and Ittiwan of the Cosabo People.
